I am an Anatomical Pathologist working at Awanuilabs Wellington, at the Wellington Regional Hospital. My interests include reporting Neurosurgical including Pituitary cases. I attended the ‘Pituitary interest group’ meeting when held in NSW 2023 by invitation from Dr.Peter Earl’s St Vincent’s NSW; and had the opportunity to meet International experts (Pathologists, Endocrinologists, Radiologists, Neurosurgeons) to appreciate the changing landscape of diagnosing, treating and prognostication of  PitNET especially in immunohistochemical and molecular work-up. At our lab, we use the current WHO PitNET classification to reporting pituitary lesions. Our Wellington region endocrinologist colleagues have been very enthusiastic in giving us feedback and we are have now established formal pituitary MDMs.
